L3D, students teaching students 3D
L3D was founded autumn 2004 by students from the Hague Montessori Lyceum and students from the Praedinius Gymnasium. Our name, L3D is short for Leerlingen Leren Leerlingen 3D. (which means something like students teaching students 3D)

We teach in a 3D environment made for students from primary and secondary schools. These lessons are given using program called Active Worlds (short: AW). With this program you can create your own virtual worlds in a special educational universe.

Our main goal
Our main goal is letting students (and teachers who are willing to learn) learn from each other, in the 3D environments of Active Worlds.

Download L3Daw to experience the 3D environments yourself.
You can also read more about L3D for your own school, view the projects from the other schools and of course participate in one yourself!
